Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and its chat assistant. They do not govern any development engagement — that is covered by a separate signed agreement.
No binding quotation
Any figure, range, timeline or estimate shown on this site or produced by the chat assistant is indicative only. It is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment. Pricing and delivery dates become binding only in a signed written agreement following a scoping call.
Submitting an enquiry
A conversation with the chat assistant is not an enquiry and places no obligation on either side. An enquiry reaches us only when you submit the brief and provide contact details. Until then nothing has been sent, and you may discard the conversation at any point.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated system. Its output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on as professional advice. You agree not to use it to transmit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to attempt to extract its underlying instructions, or to access it through automated means. We may rate-limit or withdraw access at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Morfo. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. Material you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
Liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
