Mobile apps built to survive contact with real users.
From a first installable build to a product that holds up under store reviews, OS upgrades and a growing user base — we design, build and ship the whole thing.

What you actually get
Deliverables, not adjectives.
Product & technical scope
A written scope covering feature set, data model, third-party integrations and the architecture decisions behind each — before estimating.
Interface design system
Screens, states and components designed as a reusable system, handed over in Figma with the tokens the code actually implements.
Production application
A tested, instrumented app with crash reporting, analytics and a release pipeline — not a demo that happens to run.
Backend & APIs
Data model, authentication, business logic and infrastructure, provisioned in your cloud account with migrations under version control.
Admin & back-office
The tool your team actually runs the business from: dashboards, customer records, content and moderation, role-based access and an audit trail of who changed what.
Store submission
Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and review handling for both App Store and Play Console, through to approval.
Handover & runbook
Repository access, environment setup docs, deployment runbook and an architecture walkthrough, so another team could pick it up.

The delivery shape for this work
Every discipline has its own rhythm — this is the one we run here.
- 01
Technical discovery
Goals, users and constraints, then the data model and integration surface. Output is a written scope with the architecture decisions made explicit, plus a cost range you can act on.
- 02
Design & prototype
Flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype validated on a device before production code starts. Cheaper to discover a flow is wrong here than in sprint four.
- 03
Build sprints
Two-week sprints, each ending with a build installed on your device via TestFlight or an internal track. You use the product as it grows rather than reading about it.
- 04
Hardening & QA
Device-matrix testing, performance profiling, accessibility passes, crash instrumentation and the store compliance checklist — before submission, not after rejection.
- 05
Launch & iterate
Submission, review handling and a staged rollout, then iteration driven by what analytics and crash data actually show once real users arrive.
