Who we are

Morfo (“we”, “us”) is a mobile app and game development studio operating from Ratlam, India, with a second office in Faridabad, Delhi NCR. For any question about this policy or your data, contact hello@morfo.co.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry:

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, and optionally phone number and company.
• Project information you describe, either in the contact form or in a conversation with our chat assistant.
• Chat transcripts. When you use the chat assistant we record the conversation, including conversations that are never submitted, so we can improve how it works.
• A conversation identifier stored in your browser, so an unfinished brief can be picked up where you left it. It is a random reference, not your details, and it is described under Cookies, storage and analytics below.
• Technical and referral data — your IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on, the referring site, and advertising click identifiers such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs.

About IP addresses. We record the IP address each message and enquiry is sent from. We do this to detect and stop automated abuse, to block a source that is attacking the site, and to respond to a lawful request. We do not use IP addresses to build advertising profiles, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to identify you personally beyond the security purpose described here.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available. You can object to this processing, or ask us to delete your data, using the contact address above. IP addresses are deleted when the conversation or enquiry they belong to is deleted — see How long we keep it.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and scope the work you asked about.
• To understand which marketing channels produce genuine enquiries.
• To prevent spam, automated abuse and malicious use of the chat assistant.
• To improve the quality of the intake conversation.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent where you have given it.

The chat assistant

Our chat assistant is powered by a third-party large language model provider. Messages you send are transmitted to that provider to generate a reply. Do not share passwords, financial details or confidential third-party information in the chat.

Conversations are recorded from the first message, including those you do not submit.

Resuming a conversation. Closing the chat window does not end or send anything. So that you can continue later, your browser keeps a random reference to the conversation for up to 7 days. That reference contains none of your personal details, is never shared with anyone, and is readable only on the device that created it. Selecting New conversation in the chat discards it immediately, as does clearing your browser data.

You choose when to send. The assistant does not ask for your name or email during the conversation. Those are requested only at the point you choose to submit the brief, and nothing is sent to us as an enquiry until you do.

How long we keep it

• Abandoned chat conversations — deleted after 90 days.
• Submitted enquiries and their transcripts — kept while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and deleted on request.
• Administrative access logs — kept for two years. These record sign-ins to our internal tools, including the IP address they came from.
• IP addresses — held for as long as the conversation or enquiry they belong to, and removed with it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who operate parts of this site: our hosting provider, our email provider, our chat assistant provider, our bot-protection provider, and Google Analytics. Each processes data on our instructions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@morfo.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies, storage and analytics

We keep browser storage to the minimum the site needs:

• Conversation reference — local storage, kept up to 7 days, so an unfinished brief can be resumed. Removed when you submit the brief, select New conversation, or clear browser data.
• Referral details — session storage, cleared when you close the tab. Records how you reached the site so we know which marketing is working.
• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic patterns.

None of the above is used for advertising profiles or sold to anyone.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
